The selected PDF is emailed as an attachment after Stripe confirms payment, normally within minutes and no later than 24 hours. The email includes the total, language, order reference, confirmation of consent and terms. Check spam; report incorrect addresses, missing or unreadable files to kinamio.family@gmail.com with your reference. You normally have 14 days from the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. For this digital content, you expressly request supply before that period ends and acknowledge losing the withdrawal right once supply begins, provided your consent is confirmed on a durable medium and the statutory conditions are met. Payment alone does not waive the right. Statutory guarantees remain. Where withdrawal is still available, notify the seller by email, post or https://kinamio.com/en/withdrawal/ before the deadline. Online requests receive a dated email acknowledgement. Any refund due is made within 14 days of notification using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, at no cost.
Withdrawal template
To Alexandre LEMOINE EI, 1 bis rue Valette, 31450 Pompertuzat, France; kinamio.family@gmail.com: I hereby withdraw from the contract for [guide title and language], ordered on [date], reference [if available]. Consumer name and address: [complete]. Date: [complete]. Signature only for paper submissions.
Statutory guarantees
French law provides a two-year conformity guarantee from supply; for defects appearing within the first year you only need to establish the defect, not when it arose. Necessary conformity updates are included. Contact the seller for a free remedy without undue delay or major inconvenience. Refusal, unjustified delay, charges, major inconvenience or an unsuccessful remedy may entitle you to a price reduction or termination; a sufficiently serious defect permits immediate relief. A minor defect does not justify termination of a paid contract. Downtime for remedy suspends the remaining guarantee. Hidden defects may also be claimed within two years of discovery, with a price reduction or full refund in return for giving up the content. Mandatory rights in your country remain unaffected. The full French statutory notice is included in the attached terms. No additional commercial warranty or regular editorial updates are promised.
Licence and disputes
Personal and family reading, saving and printing are permitted. No copyright transfer, resale, collective redistribution or online publication without permission, subject to legal exceptions. First complain in writing to the seller. If unresolved or unanswered for one month, free consumer mediation: Société Médiation Professionnelle, Alteritae, 5 rue Salvaing, 12000 Rodez, France; https://www.mediateur-consommation-smp.fr/. Apply within one year of the complaint, subject to admissibility. French law applies without removing mandatory protections of your country of residence or your legal rights to access competent courts.
